I just received the pocket watch I ordered and it is beautiful. Absolutely perfect! I will recommend your company to everyone!

I made an error ordering the engraving on the watch and I cried and cried at my screw up. (Seriously, it pays to really proof read your order!) After calling local jewelers to see if they could correct it (they could not) I saw no alternative but to order another watch. The engraver Amy, caught the second order and called me to offer a solution that had not occurred to me. I was under a time crunch and she went out of her way to help me and even got it back to me with a couple of days to spare. I think so many places would have just said, "Oh well, too bad for you!" Customer service such as this is to be commended and I am now crying tears of happiness!
